WARRANTY

All new products are covered by manufacturers warranty. All second hand goods are sold "as is" and have no manufacturers warranty. All second hand products can be returned for replacement/credit within 7 days of sale if faulty. All work is covered by 1 month limited warranty.

All Tym Guitars and pedals are covered by a 10 year back to base warranty to the original owner. All other work/products are covered by 12 month limited warranty. Any work/product found to be faulty due to Tym Guitars will be repaired/replaced where possible. Any labour/parts not covered by this warranty will be charged at normal rates/prices. Any parts faulty due to manufacturers fault will be fixed at the cost of labour/parts. If the goods have been mistreated this will void warranty.

Tym Guitars has the right to repossess any goods not paid for in full at any time until full payment is received.

Delivery/freight charges may apply to orders. Tym Guitars accepts no responsibility for damage/loss caused by the courier/transport company. The guitar/parts will be well packed (cardboard or hardcase), insured and sent by a reputable freight company (or company of your choice) but any damage/loss to the guitar/parts once picked up is the responsibility of the receiver/freight company. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Deposits for special order items and guitars are non refundable. A minimum of 30% deposit is given prior to any special order or guitar is started. If at any time after the initial work is set in place, the buyer wishes to stop work, the deposit is forfeited.

Returns will attract a 10% fee. All returns for replacement or credit must arrive in original unmarked condition inc packaging with the original receipt. Returns must be arranged prior to sending.
